Working with Children & Families

Based primarily in Shipley, West Yorkshire, we run an annual series of events for children and families, working both on our own and in partnership with local churches.

Holiday Clubs & The Big Light Party

We run an annual summer holiday club for primary aged children in partnership with Shipley’s churches. This is a faith-based club but all are welcome – from all faiths and none. Usually in the second week of the summer holidays, the club includes songs, stories, games, crafts and other activities to explore the Bible.

Our holiday club is followed up with The Big Light Party on 31st October. Acknowledging that some parents are uncomfortable with mainstream Halloween activities, this is an alternative event that parents can bring their children to so they don’t feel they are missing out.

Contact us for more details on either of these events.
