Natalie Whiteley combines a flair for creative organisation with a natural skill for building relationships in every context – which makes her perfect for her role as Administration Keyworker! As well as being the organisational whirlwind behind our frontline work and the friendly voice on the end of the phone, Natalie is a gifted community worker and enabler with the ability to lead events as well as plan them.

IN THE OFFICE

Natalie works from the Zephaniah Office most days, Monday to Friday, and is your first port of call for finding out more about our work, making a booking, joining our mailing list, or making a donation. She carries out much of the administrative work that supports our events, including Re:winds and Fast Forward, holiday clubs, and our ZephKidz club. Use our contact page to get in touch with her. Occasionally we spirit her away to join us in schools or at events, so if she’s not there when you call, she will get back to you!

WITH SCHOOLS, COMMUNITY GROUPS AND CHURCHES

Natalie is pioneering our work with pre-school children and their families, coordinating and running our weekly ZephTots sessions on a Thursday afternoon in Shipley. She is the key contact for a number of our schools, taking assemblies alongside other members of the team, and she regularly helps to front events. Our puppet collection has grown under her watch and she is the only natural puppeteer among us! Natalie has a warmth and friendliness to her that turns every interaction into valued community work – whether in the office or outside it.
